I found the staff very efficient during check in. The room had complimentary toiletries, which i used. I used the convenient location near the airport terminals. There was an excellent service in the restaurant.

The corridor decor seemed a bit dated to me.

the shuttle situation was a mess. they claimed to have airport shuttle, but this is false. i waited at the designated bus stop for an hour and tried contacting the hotel, but i received no response. eventually, i had to make an expensive international call to learn that i was on my own. also, the process of arranging alternative transportation was really complicated.

the air conditioning in my standard king room did not function properly, resulting in a stuffy and uncomfortable night. i reported it, but maintenance was unable to resolve the issue. the ice machine on my floor was also out of service, so i had to go to another floor. this was an inconvenience given the price paid for the room. the staff did offer a small discount, but the core problem remained, faulty ac, broken ice machine
