the reception staff provided a lovely welcome. orlando at reception was very helpful. other staff gave great directions. the hotel offers easy transport to the airport terminal.
the minibar in my room was not plugged in, so it could not be used.

I found the staff very efficient during check in. The room had complimentary toiletries, which i used. I used the convenient location near the airport terminals. There was an excellent service in the restaurant.
The corridor decor seemed a bit dated to me.

the shuttle situation was a mess. they claimed to have airport shuttle, but this is false. i waited at the designated bus stop for an hour and tried contacting the hotel, but i received no response. eventually, i had to make an expensive international call to learn that i was on my own. also, the process of arranging alternative transportation was really complicated.

adequate stay, some issues encountered
faulty ac broken ice machine
the air conditioning in my standard king room did not function properly, resulting in a stuffy and uncomfortable night. i reported it, but maintenance was unable to resolve the issue. the ice machine on my floor was also out of service, so i had to go to another floor. this was an inconvenience given the price paid for the room. the staff did offer a small discount, but the core problem remained, faulty ac, broken ice machine

woo hoo! perfect for my flight!
quick walk amazing room
the hotel is super close to the airport! it was only a quick walk to terminal 1. the room i got was also amazing and very clean. i was so happy with my stay!
the check-in situation was kinda weird. the guy made some strange jokes about my payment. it.

the staff were helpful at reception. i found good quality toiletries in the bathroom. the room was also very comfortable and quiet.
the car park was unlit. i found that parking was in the mud. there was also a £20 charge to park the car, i wasn't aware of.
